NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN to the above individual, whereabouts unknown, that a hearing on a petition filed in the above-styled case, to determine whether a permanent guardian and/or conservator should be appointed for the alleged Protected Person named above, will be held in the Raleigh County Judicial Annex, Mental Hygiene Courtroom, located at 214 Main Street, in the City of Beckley, in the State of West Virginia, on the 21st day of June, 2024, at the hour of 1:30 P.M.
The above-named party is notified that a copy of the Petition for Guardian/Conservatorship may be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County; that he may file any answer or objection with the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County; that he has the right to be present for the hearing; and that such proceedings may result in the appointment of a permanent guardian and/or conservator for the alleged Protected Person.
