REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Request for Proposals for K-8 MATH SPIRAL REVIEW PROGRAM FOR RALEIGH COUNTY SCHOOLS will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 until 3 pm EST on Friday, June 7, 2024.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated.
Contractors must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal.
Proposal documents may be obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley WV 25801 or can be downloaded and printed from Purchasing Department-RFP section of Raleigh County Board of Education website.
All requests for hard copies of the Proposal Documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than five days prior to bid open date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of Proposal Documents requested.

The Raleigh County Board of Education or designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to make such selection by item or total bid amount as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
