REQUEST FOR QUOTATION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE COUNTY OF PUTNAM The Board of Education of the County of Putnam, Winfield, WV, will receive sealed bids for non-hazardous solid waste removal from all school location in the County until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on the 20th day June 2024 at the office of the Putnam County Board of Education, 77 Courthouse Drive, Winfield, WV 25213. At which time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Board of Education of the County of Putnam Central Office located at 77 Courthouse Drive, Winfield, WV 25213. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the Secretary of State offices prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bid in order for the Bid to be considered. The Board of Education of the County of Putnam, Winfield, West Virginia, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to Five percent (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Board of Education of the County of Putnam, Winfield, West Virginia, shall be submitted with each Bid. 1.
