It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Chad Jones, an adult person over the age of 18 years, did certify and aver that on two (2) separate occasions he attempted service of the Updated Motion for Contempt and Petitioner’s Exhibit List upon the Respondent Jason King at his address located 905 Washington Avenue, Nitro, West Virginia to no avail. It is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent, Jason Michael King, appear and serve upon the Petitioner’s attorney, Shawn D. Bayliss, Esquire, 3728 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, West Virginia, an answer or other defense to the Petition for Contempt filed in this action on or before June 1, 2024, otherwise, judgment by default may be taken against him at any time thereafter.
