Chloroform monitoring has been revised to monitor only. Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses specified in 47 CSR 2, Section 6. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit modification and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the Draft Permit Modification(s).
