Code 5G-1-3, the Administrative Council for Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for HVAC, Lighting, Systems, and General Renovations to Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center. Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on June 18, 2024, at the Administrative Office of Administrative Council for Calhoun-Gilmer Career, 5260 East Little Kanawha Hwy, Grantsville, WV 26147. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/jinterview with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
