CITY OF CHESTER
CITY STREETS RESURFACING PROJECT
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Chester for the City Streets Resurfacing Project for the City of Chester, WV until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time on the 21st day of June 2024 at the City of Chester Municipal Building, City Council’s Conference Room, 600 Indiana Avenue, Chester, WV 26034 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., 320 Southview Drive, Suite 102, Bridgeport WV 26330; 304-816-5199. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm and the Chester City Building on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm. All questions shall be directed to the issuing office. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the following locations:

Bidding documents shall be available beginning June 05, 2024 at 9:00am. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the issuing office upon a nonrefundable payment for $50.00. Checks or money order for Bidding Documents shall be payable to “Stantec Consulting Services Inc.”. A digital copy of the Bidding Documents can be obtained at no charge by calling 304-816-5199.
