NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 27th day of June, 2024 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Homeseekers, LLC for the purpose of a 5-parcel subdivision (Phase VII). The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (R2) Residential. The property to be affected is 2.114 acres and the physical address is 116-124 Honey Oak Drive, Shady Spring, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 200-2, Part of Parcel 130, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
