FOR BIDS
FOR NEW ProR-16TR Trailer w/Tarper Arm & Motor, OR EQUIVALENT FOR OHIO COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY
Ohio County Solid Waste Authority is accepting sealed bids for a new roll-off trailer with tarper arm & motor with the following minimum specifications: ProR-16TR Trailer w/Tarper Arm & Motor (or equivalent), hoist rating 16,000#, (2) 48″ Long Hoist Cylinders, (2) 48″ Long Cable Cylinders, ” Diameter Cable, Industry Standard 4″ Diameter Nose Rollers, 8″ Diameter Cable Sheaves, UHMW Plastic Rail Slides, 9.5 HP Engine, Wireless Remote Hydraulic Control, Hydraulic Jack, Electric Brakes on Both Axles, Tandem 8,000# Axles, EZ Lube Greasable Axle Hubs, 2-5/16 Ball Hitch, 16″ G Load Range Tires, 16,000# Trailer GVW, 4,600# Tare Weight, 11,400# Payload, Black Industrial Paint, 20′, 8″ Maximum Overall Length, 98.5″ Overall Width, 20-21 Cu. Yd. Max Roll-Off Size, Single Stage Industrial Hydraulic Pump with Constant 8 GPM, Dextron III ATF Hydraulic Fluid, Enclosed Front and Sides Engine Cover to Keep Out Weather & Debris, Pulleys Equipped with Greasable Bushings, Minimum 1 year warranty, and all standard safety equipment.
Bids must include the cost of delivery and all applicable taxes and fees. Delivery must be made as soon as possible but no later than 6 months. Preference may be considered for earlier delivery dates.

Bid submission should be labeled “Hauling Trailer Bid” on envelope or email subject. Completed bids must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 18, 2024. The accepted or winning bid price must remain valid until purchase is complete. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within 30 days after opening. Please contact WVDEP-REAP at

The Ohio County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all proposals, to reject any and all proposals, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified company to such an extent as may be necessary.
