To: JOHN DOE DEFENDANT
In the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Civil Division, SBA Towers II, LLC v. John Doe Defendant, No.: CC-2023-C-92, Civil Action. You have been sued in Court. Plaintiff, SBA Towers, discovered unclaimed equipment connected to its tower, at 273 Tower Road, Weirton, WV 26062, in Brooke County West Virginia. Plaintiff is suing the owner of this unclaimed equipment, John Doe Defendant, for Trespass to Real Property. If you wish to defend against the claims set forth in Plaintiff’s Complaint, you must take action within thirty (30) days after this Notice is served, by entering a written appearance personally or by attorney and filing in writing with the Court your defenses or objections to the claims set forth against you. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the clerk. You are warned that if you fail to do so, the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you by the Court without further notice for any money claimed in the Complaint or for any other claim or relief requested by the Plaintiff. You may lose money or property or other rights important to you. You should take this paper to your lawyers at once. If you do not have a lawyer, go to or telephone the office set forth below.
