The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights.
Notice is hereby given that an HEARING will be held before The Honorable Ronald E. Wilson, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondents, Crystal Finley, pka Crystal Parker and Allen Finley, or any person claiming to be the biological father or mother of a child born November 1, 2007.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondents, Crystal Finley, pka Crystal Parker and Allen Finley, or any person claiming to be the biological father or biological mother of a child born November 1, 2007, of his or her right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of her parental rights.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, Crystal Finley, pka Crystal Parker and Allen Finley, or any person claiming to be the biological father or mother of a child born, November 1, 2007, that a copy of the petition and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
