Separate sealed bids for the POCAHONTAS COUNTY NEW OEM/EMS/911 FACILITY, Marlinton, WV will be received at the office of the Pocahontas County Commission, 900 Tenth Avenue, Marlinton, WV 24954 until 11:00 AM, LPT (Local Prevailing Time), Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud in the Pocahontas County Courthouse, Commission Chambers.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
Pursuant to the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act, all contractors must include their License number on the Form of Proposal.
No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM LPT, on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Project Site (located directly behind Pocahontas Memorial Hospital); 150 Duncan Road, Marlinton, WV 24954. The scope and details of the proposed work will be reviewed. Attendance by a representative of each prospective bidder is Mandatory.
