Notice of Request for Bids
The Wyoming County Board of Education is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the following project:
Heating and Air Conditioning
Filter Maintenance Service
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Superintendent of Schools until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Director of Operations and Facilities on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, beginning at 2:00 P.M. The work scope will be discussed in detail at this time, so attendance is required to bid the work. Potential bidders can attend virtually. Contact the Director of Operations and Facilities to receive an invitation for a TEAMS meeting if needed.
Bid awards will be based on the lowest bid meeting the filter maintenance service specifications.
Bids shall be submitted on appropriate bid form and shall include all costs to complete the work as specified.
