It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Joshua Newman Hawkins is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Joshua Newman Hawkins serve upon the Petitioners, Shawn Michael Auxier and Renee Davina Marie Auxier, whose address is 124 Rose Lane, Mount Hope, WV 25880, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action on or before July 17, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
