The Settlement of the estate of Francis A. Pucharich, was given to me, Fiduciary Commissioner, by the Executrix Lynn Ellen Cook, on or about April 18, 2024.
Upon presentation of said Settlement and determining thjat there are no outstanding claims, this NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT shall publish in the Wheeling News Register for two (2) consecutive weeks beginning Monday June 24, 2024.
The settlement of the estate shall be complete on Thursday, July 11, 2024, having been retained in my office for at least ten (10) days after the completion for examination by interested parties, and there being no exceptions thereto.
