NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Benwood, West Virginia, will consider at a public hearing to be held on the 25th day of June, 2024, at 6:45 p.m., a resolution providing for the leasing of a portion of the Benwood City Garage to GATOR TRANSPORTATION & ENERGY LLC. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time on their opinions regarding the leasing of a portion of Benwood City Garage.
Copies of the proposed Lease are available at the office of the Benwood City Clerk, 430 Main Street, Benwood, West Virginia.
