It appearing from an Affidavit filed in this civil action that Petitioner has diligently attempted to make service of process on Respondent Gregory “Scott” Lewis, II, that service of process has failed to be served on Respondent, and that an order of publication may be entered against him pursuant to Rule 4 of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, it is therefore ORDERED that the above named parties appear within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication hereof and serve a written answer to the Petition upon Petitioner’s counsel, John J.
