NOTICE
The Piney Creek Watershed Association is accepting bids from qualified applicants to construct a stormwater detention pond with specialized outlet structure at Armory Dr, in Beckley, WV. The project will consist of excavating a detention basin and installing storm pipe and precast storm structures to control stormwater runoff, for which Piney Creek Watershed Association will provide the pipe and structures.
Copies of the complete specifications, bid requirements, and submission instructions may be obtained from the Piney Creek Watershed Association at [email protected] or by phone at (304)228-1680 between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
A pre-bid Meeting will be held on-site on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm. All interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
The Piney Creek Watershed Association will receive bids until 2:00 pm on Friday, July 19, 2024. Bids must be submitted to the Executive Director in sealed envelopes marked to indicate the contents. Bids may be delivered to 301 S. Heber St, Beckley, WV 25802, C/O Piney Creek Watershed Association.
Questions will be received by Piney Creek Watershed Association in writing (email is acceptable) until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
The Piney Creek Watershed Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
