GRAND OPENING AND RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY FOR LOGANWOOD APARTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN LOGAN, WV AU Associates, Inc. and the Logan Housing Corporation are pleased to announce the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of our latest project, Loganwood Apartments. Loganwood Apartments creates 33 affordable, family apartments with a preference for housing income eligible veterans. These 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments create safe, high quality affordable housing in downtown Logan in proximity to an abundance of services and amenities. This ceremony will be an opportunity to celebrate with the Logan Housing Corporation, The City of Logan, AU Associates, and our funding partners who have successfully collaborated to create dedicated affordable housing for those who have served our Country and for other special needs populations. Utilizing tax credits awarded by the West Virginia Housing Development Fund and the equity provided by Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Loganwood Apartments is a model of how both the creation affordable housing and the determination of a community can help secure a better future for the citizens of Logan County. NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL WORKSHOP PUBLIC MEETING TEAYS VALLEY ROAD WIDENING STATE PROJECT: U340-33-0.46 00 22 FEDERAL PROJECT: CMAQ-0033(444)D PUTNAM COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) will hold an informational workshop public meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the Teays Valley Christian School, located at 6562 Teays Valley Road, Scott Depot, WV, 25560 to provide background information on the proposed Teays Valley Road Widening project. This project includes safety, multi-modal, and capacity improvements to the corridor from approximately Great Teays Boulevard to Apple Lane. This meeting complies with the public involvement requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. NO FORMAL PRESENTATION WILL BE MADE The public meeting will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and the public will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions and give written comments on the project throughout the meeting. A handout with project details will be available at the meeting and on the project websites.
