The object of the above entitled action is for Donell Rudy Green to legally change his name to Donell Rudy Turner. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Donell Rudy Green to Donell Rudy Turner.
A hearing shall be on the 12th day of August 2024 at 11:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
