Company Overview: Provide a brief overview of your firm, including its history, size and key personnel. 2. Project Experience: Highlight relevant project experience, particularly in the preparation of an urban renewal plan and or other strategic community development plans. 3. Team Expertise: Detail the expertise of your team members, including planners, architects and other professionals. 4. Approach: Describe your firm’s approach to community design and development planning, including any innovated outreach strategies and or technologies. 5. References: Provide references from previous clients for similar projects. 6. Respondents must be current with all State and Local Municipalities fees and taxes.
