PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Separate, sealed bids for the following projects will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 until TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2024 at 1:30PM/EST . Bids will be received from qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years’ experience in work being performed and registered to do business in the State of WV at the time of bidding.

Plans and Specifications are available through the Pittsburgh Builders Exchange, Construct Connect, and Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council.
