NOTICE OF FILING On May 3, 2024, West Virginia-American-Water Company (WVAWC) petitioned the Commission to (i) modify the amounts WVAWC is required to contribute for line extensions for water and sewer customers, (ii) increase the leak adjustment rate for water customers from $0.87 to $1.28 per thousand gallons, and (iii) increase the leak adjustment rate for sewer customers from $1.86 to $2.10 per thousand gallons.
