ORDER OF PUBLICATION You are hereby notified that on August 26th, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., before the Honorable Robert C. Chambers, Judge of the United States District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, in session at the Sidney L. Christie U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 845 Fifth Avenue, Room 101, Huntington, West Virginia, Robert L. Miller, Personal Representative of Patrick Amos Robichaud, deceased, will move the District Court of Southern, West Virginia, to grant permission to settle the claim of any known or unknown survivors, dependents and beneficiaries against the Estate of Patrick Amos Robichaud at which time and place any potential wrongful death beneficiary shall be present and heard. In-person attendance at the hearing by any known or unknown survivor, dependent, or beneficiary is mandatory; otherwise, such claim may be waived. Patrick Amos Robichaud’s death was a direct and proximate result of the injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle wreck in Mason County, West Virginia, on March 14, 2023. The object of Representative Robert L. Miller’s Motion of any potential wrongful death beneficiaries against the Estate of Patrick Amos Robichaud (and insurance carriers) arising from the death of Patrick Amos Robichaud. Known survivors, dependents, beneficiaries, and persons equitably entitled to share in net proceeds from these claims are listed in the Motion filed with the Court.
