The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Appalachian Direct Care Advocates, CON File #24-2/3/5-13049-BH, to become an IDD Waiver service provider in Putnam, Kanawha, Boone, Clay, Jackson, Lincoln, Logan, and Roane Counties in West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $0.
