The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 162 Violet Lane, Beaver, Raleigh County, West Virginia, 25813 in that the above-named respondents are wrongfull occupying such property as tenants.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Deontre Dickason and Rebekah Dickason and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Deontre Dickason and Rebekah Dickason do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing on Friday, August 16th, 2024 at 6:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Deontre Dickason and Rebekah Dickason at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
