K. born on or about 031/491/4013 in C.A.M.C. – Women & Children’s Hospital, Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Jackson County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the mother’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and you may appear and defend your rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If you shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
