SETTLEMENT
Francis Michael Dominguez aka Dominquez Estate:
MARSHALL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The Settlement of the estate of Francis Michael Dominquez, was given to me, Fiduciary Commissioner, by the Administratrix Rebecca Janine Clark, on or about July 29, 2024.
Upon presentation of said Settlement and determining that there are no outstanding claims, this NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT shall publish in the Wheeling News Register for two (2) consecutive weeks beginning Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
The settlement of the estate shall be complete on Monday, August 19, 2024, having been retained in my office for at least ten (10) days after the completion for examination by interested parties, and there being no exceptions thereto.
