PUBLIC NOTICE The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and Union Carbide Corporation have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. AST-25-001 which resolves violation(s) of the Aboveground Storage Tank Act which occurred in Kanawha County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, Union Carbide Corporation has agreed to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period following this publication.
