The object of the above entitled action is for Donald L. Ellis to legally change his name to Donald L. Coleman, Jr. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Donald L. Ellis to Donald L. Coleman, Jr.
A hearing shall be on the 5th day of September, 2024, at 10:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
