EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Engineering Services The Greenbrier Valley Conservation District (CD) covering Greenbrier, Monroe and Pocahontas Counties is requesting Expression of Interest (EOI) for engineering services as needed for a period of 1 year. Invitation: Additional information about the potential projects may be obtained from the contact. The Greenbrier Valley Conservation District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions. Engineers are requested to submit their EOI to the CD contact. EOI may be withdrawn only by submitting a letter of withdrawal to the GVCD contact. 2. Include federal employee identification number (FEIN). 3. Include demonstration of firm’s ability to accomplish required services for work described. 4. Include vendor identification # and copy of any other licenses required by state of West Virginia. 5.
