production facility (Heaven Hill 2 Well Pad) located on Blakes Ridge Road, in
Glen Easton, in Marshall
County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.80993 N, 80.71302 W.
The applicant estimates
the potential to discharge
