North Central WV Community Action Association, Inc. is requesting proposals for space appraisal services of a certified/licensed commercial real estate appraiser for thirty-four (34) facilities for Head Start/Early Head Start programs located in Barbour, Marion, Pocahontas, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker, and Webster Counties.
