BLACKBURN, MISTI COOK, VICKIE DARLENE COOK, MEGAN COOK, AARON COOK, AVERAL LEE COOK JR, BERNARD R MAUSER, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all unknown heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that CURTIS & KRISTIE GREGORY, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000072, located in HOLLY District, 1AC LAUREL PATCH which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of COOK RONALD LEE, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of BRAXTON County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 10, 2024. CURTIS & KRISTIE GREGORY requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after January 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before December 31, 2024 will be as follows:
