FATHER of C.M. a male juvenile born on or about May 28 2015 to you and KAITLYN WITTKORN. The nature of the relief being sought is: To conduct a hearing on a petition alleging the above mentioned juvenile to be neglected and dependent as by law provided; to conduct a dispositional hearing and subsequent review and permanency planning review hearings to determine placement and custody of the juvenile; and to conduct a hearing on a petition to terminate your parental rights. You are entitled to make written answer or response to such pleadings not later than forty (40) days after September 11 2024 or by October 20 2024. Upon your failure to do so the court may adjudicate the juvenile to be neglected and place him in the custody of another. The court could terminate your rights to the juvenile. If you are indigent you as a parent are entitled to appointed counsel (lawyer) and you may contact the Clerk immediately to request counsel. Upon your giving the Clerk your mailing address the Clerk will mail you notice of the date time and place of any additional hearings which may be scheduled.
