REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS –
CONSTRUCTION
MANAGER AT RISK
The East Central Ohio Educational Service Center is accepting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk on the construction of a community health center within an existing building located at 68332 Bannock Road; St. Clairsville, OH 43950. The estimated construction cost, including all fees associated with the Construction Manager Services, for the project is $2,295,298.55. This Project is not part of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission program and will be funded in part through funds made available by the Appalachian Community Grant (ACG) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and will be subject to compliance with the requirements for the ACG.
The Board wishes to use the services of a company experienced with the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) delivery model for the Project; the CMR firm will be permitted to self-perform any of the work on the Project. As required by Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., the Board requests qualifications from experienced CMR firms to provide CMR services to the Board in connection with the Project.
