ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is for Petitioner to obtain free and clear of any right, title, or interest of the Respondents, other than their respective potential interest in the Estate and judicial permission to sell the real property known as more particularly described as follows: Guyandotte District: 04 Map arcel: 7 051 0000 1.01 AC, 3704 Norwood Rd, Huntington, West Virginia, 25514. And being the same property of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia in Deed Book 951 at Page 184. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioner, herein, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Respondents, without success, it is ORDERED, that the Respondents, above named, particularly Cheri Lynn Anderson, Kimilla Reece, David Scott, Linda A. Scott, James P. Thompson and Any Unknown Heirs of Jon Emerson Floyd, serve upon Ryan Turner, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 4th day of October 2024, otherwise judgment by default, upon proper hearing, may be taken against the Respondents at any time thereafter. Further, a final hearing regarding the Petitioner’s Petition to Permit Administrator to Sell Real Property is scheduled before the Honorable Circuit Court Judge, Gregory L. Howard on October 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Cabell County Courthouse, Huntington, West Virginia.
