IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-149 MYRIAH DUNN, biological mother of infant T.H., Jr., whose date of birth is June 6, 2020 and TREAMAYNE HAWKINS, SR., biological father of infant T.H., Jr., whose date of birth is June 6, 2020 natural child of Myriah Dunn.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the MYRIAH DUNN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.H, Jr., whose date of birth is June 6, 2020. MYRIAH DUNN is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of September, 2024 at 1:15 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing , if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of MYRIAH DUNN, biological mother of infant T.H., Jr., may be terminated.
