NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS/REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES
Belomar Regional Council, along with coalition partners, Wheeling Heritage and Belmont County Port Authority are seeking a qualified environmental consultant to provide site inventory assistance, environmental assessment, public outreach and assist with program implementation related to a FY2024 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Assessment Coalition Grant.

The purpose of the competitive process is to objectively select an individual/firm who will provide the highest quality service at a reasonable fee. Additionally, technical qualifications and related prior experience will be weighted heavily. All individual/firms that meet the minimal requirements will be interviewed, and the individual/firm judged most qualified will be asked to prepare a proposal including fixed fees for said services.
All submissions should be addressed to: Natalie Hamilton, Belomar Regional Council, P.O. Box 2086, Wheeling, WV 26003. The submission envelope should be clearly marked Request for Proposals /Request for Qualifications for Professional Environmental Services EPA FY2024 Brownfield Assessment Project. The deadline for submission is Friday, October 4, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. Please provide one (1) hard copy plus one (1) electronic copy in PDF format.
