NOTICE
To all creditors of Mark S. Hitt, deceased, including but not limited to those holding liens by judgment or otherwise on his real estate, or any part thereof.
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court, of the County of Marshall, West Virginia, Civil Action No. 24-P-31, made in a cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the said Mark S. Hitt to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication, at 514 7th Street, Moundsville, West Virginia, 26041, on or before the 14th day of October, 2024; otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate.
