All persons having claims against the Estate of the said Walter Howard Layman, deceased, whether due, or not, are notified to exhibit same, with the vouchers thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned, at her office address of 52 West Rosemary Lane, Romney, West Virginia 26757, on or before the 30th day of October, 2015; otherwise, they may, by law, be excluded from all benefit of said Estate. All beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
