On Sept 4 you called and texted saying you would be here on Sept 8 or Sept 9 2024 to get your belongings. However as of September 30 2024 you have failed to show up haven’t called or texted or been in any contact with myself or Mardy Roberts and as of Sept 30 2024 it has been a total of 43 days of myself and Mardy Roberts storing your belongs and with no rent or storage fees that have been paid and as of 2 days (being October 11 2024) from the date of this notice to come claim your belongings. If you do not come to claim your property within this time frame by October 11 2024 it will be disposed of or sold. As by this date October 11 2024 we’ve held onto your belongings for 54 days
