FLOW TESTING AND MARKING OF PUBLIC FIRE HYDRANTS The Public Service Commission of West Virginia is considering promulgating rules for inspecting flow testing and marking public fire hydrants. The proposed rules are available on the Commission website: www.psc.state.wv.us under the Case Information tab using the above General Order number. The Commission will receive written comments on the proposed rules as follows: Initial Comments 4 p.m. November 6 2024 Reply Comments 4 p.m. December 6 2024 Written comments should reference to General Order No. 188.52 and numbers of the rules to which the comments pertain.
