It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Lisa M. Gainer is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Lisa M. Gainer serve upon Grant M. Sherman, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 255 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1810, Romney, West Virginia 26757, an Answer, including any related counter claim you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before the 25th day of November, 2024. If you fail to do so, therefter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
A hearing is scheduled on the 3rd day of December, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the Family Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia in front of the Honorable Family Court Judge Deanna Rock.
