W., born on or about 02/27/2017 in St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Franklin County, Georgia and baby boy, K. L. W., born on or about 02/16/2016 in St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Franklin County, Georgia. Notice is hereby given that verified Petition of Adoption were filed in Lincoln County Circuit Court, Lincoln County, West Virginia for said children, which will request that the mother’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and you may appear and defend your rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If you shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. The Court presiding over this matter is the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, Lincoln County Courthouse, Hamlin, WV. Response shall be made to the clerk below.
