Being the same real estate conveyed to John P. Blankenship from Elemental Resources, LLC, by Deed dated January 13, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission, Kanawha County, West Virginia in Deed Book 2916, Page 273. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 2524 Spring Street, South Charleston, WV 26303. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Paul A. Weaver, by Deed dated January 25, 2021, from John P.
