The Lincoln Economic Development Authority is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a feasibility study for the development of a Business Resource Center (BRC) in Lincoln County, WV. The proposed BRC, which the LEDA would manage, would serve entrepreneurs looking to start a business and existing companies looking for programs to grow or enhance their operations. The BRC would provide business services, office and meeting spaces, management training, and technical assistance to firms and entrepreneurs.
