The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Augusta Levy
Learning Center, Inc., CON File #24-5/10/11-13131-BH, for the development of outpatient behavioral health
services in Ohio, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Wetzel,
and Tyler Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure
$137,012.44.
