RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 21st day of November, 2024 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of PC Rentals Units, LLC to consider the rezoning of 106 and 110 Merit Drive, Stanaford, WV for the purpose of a Self-Storage Facility. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and (I1) Industrial the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property to be affected is located in Town District, Tax Map 21, Parcels 106.22 and 90.1 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
