The object of the above entitled action is for Dominic Giovani Asbury to legally change his/her name to Dominic Giovani Paesani. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the circuit Court of Ohio county, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Dominic Giovani Asbury to Dominic Giovani Paesani.
A hearing shall be on the 25th day of Nov, 2024 at 11:15am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
